Match Report:

The game was goalless until just before half time when Andy Watson gave Leeds the lead in the forty-second minute to take them to the break with a one goal advantage. Falkirk were soon on equal terms once more as Peter Houston netted Falkirk's first goal in the forty-ninth minute. Leeds once more took the lead when Scott Sellars scored after seventy-two minutes and it looked like being the winner but Kevin McAllister equalized for the second time in the eighty-ninth minute to save the draw. Falkirk sent on Willie Herd to replace David Bell and Duncan Angus to replace Arthur Grant, while Brian Kemp and Kenny Ashwood remained unused on the bench. Brian McGinlay of Balfron was the referee.(Thanks to Steve Bell for Falkirk team details)
